Canada Safety Council All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Rider's Safety Course
The ATV Rider's Safety Course is a 5-1/2 to 7 hour training program certified by the Canada Safety Council and taught by certified CSC instructors.
 
The ATV Rider's Safety Course is nationally recognized course that meets Occupational Health and Safety Standards.  The course also benefits both the recreational and industrial rider.
 
The one day Rider Course trains riders in the safe and efficient use of an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).  The course includes both classroom and practical training with emphasis on safety and operational skills while operating an ATV in a variety of scenarios and under different conditions.  Some of the topics covered include:
 
safe riding practices and strategies
pre-ride inspections
turning basics (sharp turns and quick turns)
riding over obstacles, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
 
 Upon successful completion of the course participants are issued a Canada Safety Council ATV certificate.
 
Participants are expected to provide their own mechanically sound ATV and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved helmet and appropriate weather apparel.
 
 
 
 
UTV

Canada Safety Council Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Side by Side Driver Course
The one day Driver Course is a training program operated by Canada Safety Council (CSC) certified instructors.  The course, which is based on field tested techniques, provides a fun and orderly method to learn safe and proper UTV operation.  The operator (driver) learns about controls, reading the terrain, turning, and maneuvering the UTV.
 
The UTV Rider Course is nationally recognized course that meets Occupational Health and Safety Standards.  The course also benefits both the recreational and industrial rider.
 
The Rider Course trains riders in the safe and efficient use of an All Terrain Vehicle (UTV).  The course includes both classroom and practical training with an emphasis on safety and operational skills.
